The job of air hostess or steward in Geneva and Lausanne :

Rhythm and methodology of our training centre for flight attendants in Geneva :

La formation CCA se déroule en 3 semaines (examens officiels inclus).

Cours en présentiel – Sécurité – Semaines 1 et 2
Formation en présentiel dispensée sur les deux premières semaines, alternant cours théoriques en salle selon des méthodes pédagogiques classiques et exercices pratiques.
Les enseignements théoriques portent notamment sur la sécurité, la gestion des passagers, la réglementation aéronautique, les aspects médicaux et les premiers secours.
La formation est complétée par des mises en pratique : entraînement en piscine, exercices de survie et ateliers pratiques adaptés aux exigences du secteur aérien.
Coaching en présentiel – Communication et savoir-être – Semaine 3
Animation par un responsable recrutement et coach en image d’une grande compagnie aérienne.
Accompagnement intensif des candidats axé sur la communication professionnelle, le savoir-être et la posture attendue lors des processus de sélection.
Préparation spécifique aux entretiens de recrutement des compagnies aériennes : attitude, image professionnelle, expression orale, gestion du stress et mise en situation réelle sur trois journées complètes.
