We help trainees to become responsible, autonomous professionals who respect professional ethics and want to develop professionally.
At the end of the course, students should be able to :
- Understanding the characteristics of old age
- Facilitating the person's daily life by carrying out tasks such as maintaining the home, eating, shopping, helping with meals, personal hygiene and comfort (dressing, making up the bed, elimination, etc.).
- Supporting the person on a moral level: attentive listening, good intellectual communication by stimulating interest through board games, reading, singing, discussions, etc.
- Preventing or reducing dependency
- Developing relationships with patients and families
The final exam is passed if :
The trainee obtains an average of 4 by adding together the two areas of assessment of professional practice and professional knowledge.
