They provide material, moral, social and health-related support to help dependent people remain at home and avoid admission to a care or accommodation establishment.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"fig-content__chapo\">The home care assistant's duties revolve around support, adaptation, interpersonal skills, alerting and medical supervision.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Learning objectives<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We help trainees to become responsible, autonomous professionals who respect professional ethics and want to develop professionally.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the course, students should be able to :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding the characteristics of old age<\/li>\n<li>Facilitating the person's daily life by carrying out tasks such as maintaining the home, eating, shopping, helping with meals, personal hygiene and comfort (dressing, making up the bed, elimination, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the person on a moral level: attentive listening, good intellectual communication by stimulating interest through board games, reading, singing, discussions, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Preventing or reducing dependency<\/li>\n<li>Developing relationships with patients and families<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #cc3333;\">The final exam is passed if :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The trainee obtains an average of 4 by adding together the two areas of assessment of professional practice and professional knowledge.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Home helps people who have lost their independence and are highly dependent, to regain their independence and make their lives more comfortable.
